Open Loop

We turn your podcast into vertical clips worth posting — each moment chosen by a person, cut to the word, captioned, and checked against platform rules before it reaches you.

The output

An open loop is a question left hanging. It is also the best last frame you can give a clip.

We look for four things: a surprising claim, a contrarian take, a specific story, or a question that opens a loop. Anything needing the previous ten minutes to make sense gets left in the episode.

Live demonstrations of the caption treatment, zoom and cut timing you receive — running the same settings as the delivered files. Real client clips replace these once a client is happy to be shown, never before.

The process

Four steps. You are involved in one of them.

STEP 1

You send the episodeYou

A link or a file, anything we can download. Vertical and landscape both work, though vertical crops better.

STEP 2

We transcribe it to the wordUs

Every word gets its own timestamp, accurate to hundredths of a second. That is what lets captions land on the syllable and cuts land between words instead of through them.

STEP 3

A person picks the momentsUs

The part no tool does well. We read the whole transcript and choose moments that stand alone, then send you the list — timecode, the actual words, and one line on why each one earns a clip. Nothing is cut until you approve it.

STEP 4

You approve, we deliverYou, then us

Reframed to 1080×1920, dead air removed, captions burned in, and every clip run through a monetisation check before it reaches you. Ready to post.

Billing starts after the call, by card, and renews monthly until you cancel. Clips roll over one month. If an episode genuinely does not hold enough standalone moments we tell you and cut fewer — we would rather send six you post than twelve you do not.

Next step

Twenty minutes, and you will know if this fits.

Bring an episode you think has something in it. We will talk through what we would pull from it and what a month would look like.

  • Google Meet or Zoom, your choice
  • No deck, no pitch
  • A straight answer on whether your show suits this

Questions

The things people ask first.

How is this different from Opus Clip or Descript?

Those pick moments by pattern. We read the episode. The gap shows in what gets chosen — a tool will hand you a clip that needs the previous ten minutes to make sense, or one that opens mid-sentence. It also will not tell you when an episode is thin.

What does the monetisation check actually do?

Every clip is scanned before delivery for language that costs you reach or ad revenue. Anything that would block monetisation is bleeped or cut. Platforms transcribe your audio as well as reading captions, so we fix both — a censored caption over an uncensored word protects nothing.

How does payment work?

After the call we send a secure card link for the tier you picked. It bills monthly and you can cancel from the same link any time. No setup fee, no minimum term, no invoice chasing.

Do I have to approve every clip?

You approve the list before anything is cut — timecodes, the actual words, and why each moment was chosen. Most clients read it in five minutes. If you would rather we just ship, we can do that too.

What if my episodes are longer or shorter than an hour?

Tiers count clips, not episodes, so it works out either way. A two-hour episode simply uses more of the month's allowance.

Who owns the clips?

You do, outright. We do not post on your behalf unless you ask, and we never use your footage as a sample without written permission.
